Colostrum Powder
Recommended Use
1.5g (1 rounded metric teaspoon) daily.
Bodybuilders and those with larger frame sizes may take up to two teaspoons
daily.
Add to other foods or mix with water, milk or fruit juice.

Bovine Colostrum is well tolerated by most people, but caution should be

Mode of Action
Lactating animals produce Colostrum, for the first few days immediately
following parturition. It provides to the newborn a raft of special
nutrients derived from the mother and includes special growth factors, (IgF1

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) together with a range of di, tri and macro peptides
needed to stimulate hormone development and promote growth.
