How Blackmores Silica Compound works
Primarily found in cartilage, ligaments, the epidermis of the skin, nails and in the hair, silica is an essential ingredient for the synthesis of connective tissue. It also assists calcium absorption and acts as a cross linking agent, forming bridges between adjacent polysaccharide chains, and aiding the stability and rigidity of connective tissue.
Dosage
Adults - Take 1 tablet 3 times a day with meals, or
as professionally prescribed
Children 6-12 years - Take 1 tablet twice a day with
meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 2-6 years - Take 1 tablet a day with a meal,
or as professionally prescribed.
