Gourmet Gluten Free muesli, free of all preservatives. Savour the light crunchy texture of wholesome buckwheat, brown rice puffs and protein rich amaranth from the grain fields of central NSW, sunflower and pumpkin kernels, natural currants and sultanas from the Barossa Valley.

Brookfarm are committed to planting 1500 rainforest trees a year. Their transition to full Organic Certification began in January 2010 and is the completion of a 10 year program of moving their farm to safe and natural farming methods. They have eliminated chemicals, pesticides and synthetic fertilisers from their farm. They now critically look at all aspects of their farming operation to reduce their carbon footprint.

The Muesli is gently blended with an unprocessed bush honey that is full of flavour and not too sweet. Oven toasted to bring out the flavours of 17 ingredients including buckwheat, brown rice, amaranth, sunflower and pumpkin kernels and delicious macadamias. We source our naturally dried currants and sultanas from the Barossa Valley, our apricots from the Murrumbidgee and our apple from Tasmania, the quality macadamia nuts come from Brookfarm in the Byron Bay hinterland.
