Our unique gourmet mueslis is carefully made from eighteen different ingredients; a combination designed for maximum flavour and health benefits. Our brans, seeds and grains come from the fertile central plains of NSW, we source our naturally dried currants and sultanas from the Barossa Valley, our apricots from the Murrumbidgee, the quality Macadamia nuts come from Brookfarm in the sub-tropical Byron Bay hinterland in Northern New South Wales.

Brookfarm Toasted Macadamia Muesli with Apricots

Brookfarm's award winning Toasted Macadamia Muesli is made in the traditional Slow Food way. The grains, nuts and seeds are gently blended with a local unprocessed bush honey that is full of flavour and not too sweet, then lightly oven baked to preserve the maximum nutritional value. Be warned, our customers tell us our Toasted Muesli is irresistible and highly addictive.

Ingredients: rolled oats, honey, barley flakes, macadamia oil, rice bran, macadamia nuts (7%), sunflower seeds, barley bran, oat bran, wheatgerm, natural sultanas, currants, apricots [apricots, humectant (vegetable glycerine-422), preservative (sulphur dioxide-220)], pumpkin kernels, coconut, prune juice, spices.
