  Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

FourBody ships worldwide & across Australia using two types of couriers: Australia Post & Fastway.

2. Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Once the order has been sent, an e-mail is sent with your tracking number.

Note: Shipping is between Monday and Friday. For your convenience please ensure that someone is able to receive your items at the shipping address you specify. If no one is able to receive the items at the time of delivery a calling card will be left. It is the recipient's responsibility to call the number on the calling card to organize another pick up or delivery time.

3. Tracking Orders

Australian Orders (Orders Sent to an Australian Address)

**Please Note: If you cannot track your parcel with a particular courier, we suggest you try the other courier's tracking service. FourBody sometimes sends the parcel via another courier in order to get the parcel to you sooner at no extra cost.

  • If your parcel was sent to an Australian address using Australia Post, you can track it here. If you're not able to track your parcel or have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please call Australia Post on: 13 76 78

  • If your parcel was sent to an Australian address with Fastway, you can track it here. If you're not able to track your parcel or have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please call Fastway on: 07 3868 1144

International Orders (Orders Sent to an Address outside Australia)

  • If your parcel was sent using Australia Post Air Mail, you cannot track it online. You need to call the local post office in your country and provide them with the tracking number we have given you as they should be able to track the parcel for you. If they are unable to track the parcel you can contact Australia Post via email or phone +61 3 8847 9045. If in the rare event that it has been four weeks since your parcel was sent and you still have not received it, please contact FourBody here and we will place an investigation with Australia Post.
  • If your parcel was sent using Express Courier International or Express Post International, you can track your parcel by clicking here. If you are unable to track your parcel you can call the local post office in your country and provide them with the tracking number we have given you - they should be able to track it. If they are not able to help you, you can contact Australia Post via email or phone +61 3 8847 9045. If in the rare event that it has been four weeks since your parcel was sent and you still have not received it, please contact FourBody here and we will place an investigation with Australia Post.

4. Delivery Costs

Australian Orders

  • Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $190 (order total excluding shipping). This offer does not include Gym Equipment. This offer is for a limited time only. FourBody will choose the best delivery method for you when free shipping is received (either Australia Post or Fastway).
  • For orders under $190 delivery costs can range from $5 to $15 or more depending on where you want the order to be shipped and whether you choose express or regular shipping. Please log-in so that the system may automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping address.

International Orders

  • Shipping costs vary widely depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. FourBody uses three main delivery methods: Air Mail, Express Post international and Express courier International. Please log-in so that the system may automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping address.

5. Delivery times

Orders are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days - this is subject to stock availiablity. Once the order has been sent, a tracking number is emailed - allowing you to track the progress of the order. To find out how to track your order, please refer to section three of this page titled "Tracking Orders". Once an order has been sent, delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen by you. Express delivery is the quickest. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Orders Sent to an Australian Address
    Express delivery usually gets to most destinations in Australia within 1-2 business days. Other delivery methods can take anywhere from 1-8 business days. If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, or if you have any other questions about your parcel, please track you order. To find out how to track your order, refer to section three of this page titled "Tracking Orders".
  • Orders Sent to an Address outside Australia
    Express delivery is usually around 1-2 weeks. Other delivery methods can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. f your order has not arrived within these timeframes, or if you have any other questions about your parcel, please track you order.
