Excipients
Glycine, silica collodial anhydrous, vegetable capsules

Dosage
1 capsule per day on an empty stomach, with juice, or as prescribed.

Formulations
5 Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 100mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 5mg

Indications
May be benficial in conditions associated with deficient serotonin levels, including:
- Depression and anxiety
- Insomnia
- Panic attacks

Interactions
Caution with serotonin agonists including prescription medicines such as SSRIs, Tricyclic antidepressants, SNRI's, MAOI's, St John's Wart and all other antidepressants. 5-HTP may theoretically enhance the actions of these drugs.

Contraindications
Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
