Therapeutic applications - Ethical Nutrients Immune Defence Cough Cold Relief

- May help to relieve symptoms of the common cold including sore throat, runny nose, sinusitis, phlegm and persistent coughs, headaches and ear aches.
- Helps to improve immune system function.
WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, with food, as a maintenance dose or as part of general immune support. For acute symptoms take 1 tablet twice daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
The recommended adult daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. Not to be used in children under two years of age.
