1) What are the delivery costs?

  • Orders Sent to an Australian Address
    Please register and log into the store to see delivery costs. Several delivery options are displayed upon checkout for you to choose from. Delivery costs can range from $5 to $15 or more depending on: your location, the weight of the order and whether you choose express or regular shipping. Free shipping is available for orders over $190 in Australia (conditions apply)
  • Orders Sent to an Address outside Australia
    Please register and log into the store to see delivery costs. Several delivery options are displayed upon checkout for you to choose from. Free Delivery is not available to international customers, however, tax is deducted from internationl orders - allowing you to save even more.

2) My order has been sent but I have not yet received it, where is it?
Please track your order using the tracking number we have sent you via email (please check your junk email folder). To find out how to track your order, please click here.

3) Do we ship overseas?
Yes, FourBody ships worldwide too

4) How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days - this is subject to stock availiablity. Once the order has been sent, a tracking number is emailed - allowing you to track the progress of the order. To find out how to track your order, please click here. Once an order has been sent, delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen by you. Express delivery is the quickest. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Orders Sent to an Australian Address
    Express delivery usually gets to most destinations in Australia within 1-2 business days. Other delivery methods can take anywhere from 1-8 business days. If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, or if you have any other questions about your parcel, please track you order. To find out how to track your order, please click here
  • Orders Sent to an Address outside Australia
    Express delivery is usually around 1-2 weeks. Other delivery methods can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. f your order has not arrived within these timeframes, or if you have any other questions about your parcel, please track you order. 5) Can I pick up an order placed online instead of having it delivered to me?
Unfortunately at this present stage this is not an option. If you are concerned about saving on delivery costs, please note that FourBody offers free shipping to customers for any order over $190 in Australia.

6) Can I visit the physical stores to purchase items?
Yes, you can purchase items by visiting one of our stores, please note though that prices in-store differ. Please contact us if you'd like the locations of our stores.

7) Can I place an order over the phone and give you my credit card details?
For security reasons, FourBody does not accept phone orders. Customers have several safe payment options when checking out:

  • Visa & MasterCards accepted: These are processed securely via the Bank of ANZ. You can also use "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode".
  • PayPal: Pay with credit card via PayPal or pay with PayPal.
  • Direct Deposit: allows customers to pay either via internet banking or by visiting their local bank to pay the money directly into our bank account. FourBody will provide you with our banking details once your order has been placed.
