- They are unable to labelled gluten free in Australia due to labelling law restrictions however they can claim they are "Low Gluten."
- These are the ONLY oats on the Australian market that are tested for gluten contamination and display these results on their packaging for each batch number.
- The growers are highly vigilant in the processing of this product to ensure the purity of the product as they themselves are a family of Coeliacs. The crops are inspected at least 10 times between planting and harvesting to ensure crop purity.
