Directions: Adults: Mix 1 heaped teaspoonful thoroughly into a glass of water or juice. Take up to 4 times daily.
Children 6-12 years: Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful thoroughly into a glass of water of juice. Take up to 4 times daily.
Drink immediately before fibre settles. May also be mixed into smoothies or cereals.
