What does it do?

Inadequate Calcium intake forces the body to steal Calcium from the bones, which may lead to poor dental health, weak bones and eventually osteoporosis.

Greenridge ProCalcium is formulated for effective absorption to supplement the body's daily requirement for Calcium and other minerals. Calcium supplements may reduce the risk of bone and dental problems.

Each Tablet contains:

Calcium citrate (Equiv. Calcium 191.7mg)	910mg
Hydroxyapatite (Equiv. Calcium 24mg)	100mg

Magnesium amino acid chelate (Equiv. Magnesium 20mg)	100mg

Dose

Adults Only - Take 1-4 tablets with food. Dose should take into account dietary Calcium intake and physical condition.

Calcium requirement increases during pregnancy, while breastfeeding and over the age of 50. For women over 50 we recommend Greenridge MenoCalcium. For pregnancy and breastfeeding Greenridge 9 Months+ is designed to be used in conjunction with Greenridge ProCalcium to help meet the increased nutrient demands.

Children under 12 years - Use only as professionally directed.

Medicine Interactions

Separate by at least 2 hours of doses of thyroid or osteoporosis medication or antibiotics.
Seek medical advice before use if taking Verapamil or receiving diuretic or kidney treatment.
