MAX'S Muscle Growth GTE contains a high protein matrix of
slow and medium digesting proteins:
- Whey Protein Concentrate - is a medium digesting
and absorption protein with an excellent muscle building amino acid
profile. It also contains high levels of immune and health enhancing
protein fractions making it ideal to support muscle growth and the
metabolism of hard trainers.
- Micellar Casein - is a slow digesting,
anti-catabolic protein that supplies muscle building nutrients long
after whey protein levels subside giving a sustained release of
nutrients for maximum growth.
To compliment the slow release protein system the following nutrients are
also included:
Glutamine Peptides - This stable form of Glutamine stops
catabolism (muscle breakdown) after training and switches on muscle anabolism
(tissue regeneration) for faster recovery and growth.
L-Taurine - boosts muscle cell hydration and helps stimulate
higher rates of protein synthesis. Taurine also acts like an insulin mimicker by
increasing uptake of nutrients into muscle cells.
