Melrose Macadamia Oil is very high in monounsaturates and is therefore suitable for cooking and salads where flavour adds a difference. Macadamia Oil has a smoke point about twice that of olive oil, meaning you can use it for a huge range of cooking including frying, baking and basting. Macadamia Oil can be a substitute for butter in cake, biscuits or pastries.
