Melrose Organic Green Olives are organically grown, fermented and pasteurised in brine. Our Organic Green Olives are picked when they have reached full size, but before the ripening cycle has begun, resulting in their deliciously natural mild flavour. With only three ingredients, they are as natural as you can get!
Organically grown, naturally partially fermented in brine and bottle pasterised. These organic olives are chosen from Kalamata, Werdri and Mission varieties in Australia certified organic by the Biological Farmers of Australia. They contain no added preservatives, sugars, or food acids.
Perfect addition to salads, sauces, pizzas and dips or simply eaten from the jar.
