DOSAGE
ADULT DOSAGE:
Take 1 tablet daily (or if under high stress take 1 tablet twice daily), or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
CAUTIONS
WARNING: The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if takenin large amounts or for a long period. Contains 5.1mg of caffeine per tablet.
