Made from non genetically modified Soy Protein which is a high quality plant-based protein that is equal in quality to meat, milk and eggs. REDBAK V-PROTEIN SPI (SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE) is naturally high in the ‘critical cluster’ Amino Acids, BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids) and added L-Glutamine. These aminos help spare muscle and assist with muscle recovery, especially in conjunction with a low-carb diet or when calories are restricted.
REDBAK V-PROTEIN SPI (SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE) is best used 2-3 times a day when a protein boost is required. It is ideal for vegetarians, vegans, lactose and dairy intolerant or anyone who wishes to take advantage of the health benefits of plant derived protein.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 200–250ml of water or soy milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
