Designed to relieve the symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections (sinusitis, laryngitis, bronchial cough and sore throat). Relief of symptoms of coughs and respiratory conditions.
Directions
Vapourising/diffusing:
Candle burner: add 6 drops to a dish 3/4 full of water.
Electric burner: refer to manufacturer's instructions.
Steam Inhalation:
Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapours for 5 minutes. Close your eyes.
Not recommended for asthmatics.
