3. Tracking Orders
Australian Orders (Orders Sent to an Australian Address)
**Please Note: If you cannot track your parcel with a
particular courier, we suggest you try the other courier's tracking service.
FourBody sometimes sends the parcel via another courier in order to get the
parcel to you sooner at no extra cost.
- If your parcel was sent to an Australian address
using Australia Post, you can track
it here. If you're not able to track your parcel
or have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please call Australia
Post on: 13 76 78
- If your parcel was sent to an Australian address with
Fastway, you can track it here.
If
you're not able to track your parcel or have any
questions regarding the whereabouts of your parcel, please call Fastway on: 07 3868 1144
International Orders (Orders Sent to an Address outside Australia)
- If your parcel was sent using Australia Post Air Mail, you cannot track it online. You need to call
the local post office in your country and provide them with the tracking
number we have given you as they should be able to track the parcel for you.
If they are unable to track the parcel you can contact Australia Post via email
or phone +61 3 8847 9045. If in the rare event that it has been four weeks
since your parcel was sent and you still have not received it, please
contact FourBody
here and we will place an investigation with Australia Post.
- If your parcel was sent using Express Courier
International or Express Post International, you can track your parcel by
clicking here. If you are unable
to track your parcel you can call the local post office in your country and
provide them with the tracking number we have given you - they should be
able to track it. If they are not able to help you, you can contact Australia Post via
email
or phone +61 3 8847 9045. If in the rare event that it has been four weeks
since your parcel was sent and you still have not received it, please
