VITAL STRENGTH WPI + PLUS WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE contains 90% protein making it the ‘gold’ standard for serious athletes. Using advanced Microfiltration technology, WPI contains the highest concentration of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) which help prevent muscle tissue breakdown after exercise and resistance training.

WPI is an instantised protein, meaning it is easily digestible and is rapidly absorbed into the body to nourish your muscles. It is the best choice for post workout supplementation as the body can digest the short chains and peptides very quickly (about 30 minutes).

Post workout is the critical time when the body needs protein, and fast-acting proteins like whey protein isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue.

VITAL STRENGTH WPI + PLUS WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE also increases the body’s retention of nitrogen, promoting protein synthesis and muscle growth.

Mix 40 grams or 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of skim milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy content.
Best taken in the morning after rising and within 45mins after an intensive workout.
