1) What are the delivery costs?

2) My order has been sent but I have not yet received it, where is it?
Please track your order using the tracking number we have sent you via email (please check your junk email folder). To find out how to track your order, please click here.
3) Where do we deliver parcels to?
FourBody delivers worldwide & across Australia. We deliver to any address - including PO Boxes.
4) How long does delivery take?
See the section entitled "Delivery Times" in: Delivery Policy
5) Can I pick up an order placed online instead of having it delivered to me?
Unfortunately at this present stage this is not an option. If you are concerned about saving on delivery costs, please note that FourBody offers free shipping to customers for any order over $190 in Australia.
6) Can I visit the physical stores to purchase items?
Yes, you can purchase items by visiting one of our stores, please note though that prices in-store differ. Please contact us if you'd like the locations of our stores.
7) Can I place an order over the phone and give you my credit card details?
For security reasons, FourBody does not accept phone orders. Customers have several safe payment options when checking out:
- Visa & MasterCards accepted: These are processed securely via the Bank of ANZ. You can also use "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode".
- PayPal: Pay with credit card via PayPal or pay with PayPal.
- Direct Deposit: allows customers to pay either via internet banking or by visiting their local bank to pay the money directly into our bank account. FourBody will provide you with our banking details once your order has been placed.
